1- Plan Egypt Tours: 

 

Plan Egypt Tours Website is one of "Maestro Online Travel" Web sites, it is certified company from The Ministry of Tourism in Egypt with License No. 1940 since 2010, and Member of the Egyptian Travel agent association (ETAA) for your financial security.


When Costumer visiting Our website www.planegypttours.com Looking for Tour Package, Excursions, Nile Cruise, Shore Excursions, or Even Airport transfers, Then if he decided to book one of our tours or Packages advertised on our Web site, One of our experienced team will contact him to arrange unforgettable Holiday.


Once Our Customer accepting Plan Egypt Tours Package, he will be required to pay a deposit Either by Credit Card ( Visa or Master Card ) though our Secure Online Payment on our Web site, or by Bank Wire Transfer to our company Bank account, this to secure all his reservations, and once we receive deposit from our client, we will send him final confirmation with the program We have agreed.

 

2- What will happen if customer asked to adjust his program?

 

When Customer receive his final confirmation for his program via e-mail from Plan Egypt Tours, he has to reply to Plan Egypt Tours accepting this final confirmation via e-mail, and any adjustments required after customer acceptance to the final confirmation will be subject to availability, even If customer has paid the full amount.

 

3- Plan Egypt Tours Payment Policy:

 

Deposit :

- 25% deposit required from total amount at normal seasons, this to secure space for Customer holiday before his arrival
- 50% deposit required from total amount at the high season “Christmas, New Year or Easter period”, this to secure space for Customer holiday before his arrival.

- Deposit will be by Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) through our secure online payment on our Web site.

 

Rest of Payment:

Rest of payment can be either:

- On Cash basis upon Arrival
- Or by Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) upon Arrival – but Credit Card should be the same Credit Card of the same

Traveler not any other Credit Card - but kindly note that 3% Bank fees will be applied in case you prefer to pay rest of payment by Credit Card.

 

Information required for Payment by Credit Card

As per our Bank regulations for payment by credit card, customer required to handle a copy of the following documents to our representative upon arrival.


• Clear copy of customer passport Signed with his Signature
• Clear copy for both sides of customer credit card Signed with his signature
• Authorization Signed with customer signature for the deposit or rest of payment, as this authorization will allow us to charge this amount from customer credit card, "Customer signature should be the same signature on his credit card"

 

What will happen if customer prefer to pay by Bank transfer :

Payment by Bank transfer to Plan Egypt Tours "Maestro Online Travel" Bank account should be at least one month before customer arrival - and below our Bank details

4- Cancellation:

 

If Customer asked to cancel his booking, he is required to send an e-mail to Plan Egypt Tours to cancel his holiday.


In case of cancellation the following charges will be applied:

 

* 60 days before arrival, customer will be charged only 25% from total amount, as Bank fees transaction.
* From 29 to 15 days before arrival, customer will be charged 50% from total amount of the tour price.
* From 14 to 8 days before arrival, customer will be charged 75% from total amount of the tour price.
* From 7 to 1 days before arrival, customer will be charged 100% (The total amount of your tour price)

As for Domestic Flights Cancelation, cancellation fees will be according to the airline’s cancellation policy.

 

5- Refunds:

 

Refund, will be transferred back to customer to the same account and with the same method that customer has paid before to Plan Egypt Tours, but in case of no show, there will be no refund at all.


6- Children Policy:

 

Children under 3 years: Free of charge “Sharing parents room”, They will be charged only for flight tickets
Children under 6 years: will be charged 25% from total cost of the adult
Children from 6 to 11 years: will be charged 50% from adult price
Child from 12 years and more: will be charged as adult.

Supplement will be applied for your child for domestic or sleeper train reservations,

7- Responsibility:

 

Plan Egypt Tours is a Travel Agency responsible for hotel, domestic, rail, boat, van reservations, and no liability for injury, damage, illness, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity to any person.

Plan Egypt Tours has no liability for force major, God acts, weather, governmental acts or any other authorities, riots, wars, civil disturbances, theft, labor disputes, mechanical breakdowns, quarantines, acts of default, delays, cancellations or changes made by any hotel, carrier, or restaurant. Responsibility is not accepted for any additional expenses.

8- Complaints:

 

In case customer has any complaints during his holiday, He has to notify Plan Egypt Tours immediately, and our customer care department will solve any problem. And if customer was feeling that his problem not solved, he has to call Plan egypt tours General Manager during his tour, and our General manager will solve his problem immediately.

9- Tipping:

 

Tipping is not obligatory, it is customary, it is according to customer satisfaction with the offered services, so if customer was satisfied with the services he can pay tip, and if he was not satisfied, for sure he will not be obliged to pay any tip, but for sure tipping will be appreciated from the staff offering an excellent services, and taking care of the customer.
